Cookie Policy

This page explains the difference between essential cookies and optional analytics on NeuralPrep, and how your preferences are handled.

How NeuralPrep uses cookies

NeuralPrep uses a small number of technologies to keep the product working, remember certain settings, and understand product usage where you have given permission.

Essential cookies

These are used to support core functions such as:

  • sign-in and authentication;
  • session security;
  • basic account and billing flows.

These are considered necessary for the service to work and are not switched off through the analytics consent banner.

Optional analytics and performance tools

NeuralPrep uses optional analytics and performance monitoring tools to understand traffic, performance, and product usage trends.

These tools are only enabled if you accept optional analytics. If you reject them, the site still works, but we do not load those non-essential analytics tools.

Your choice

When you first visit NeuralPrep, you can accept or reject optional analytics. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner does not keep reappearing.

If you want to change your choice later, you can clear the site's stored settings in your browser and revisit the site to choose again.
