Terms of Service

NeuralPrep is an assessment-prep platform for candidates who want to practise assessment-style reasoning, behavioural, and situational formats. The service is intended for lawful personal use.

You must be old enough to use online services in your country, and if you use NeuralPrep for work or on behalf of an organisation, you are responsible for making sure you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

Please use accurate information, keep your details up to date, and do not share your account in a way that bypasses access limits or subscription rules.

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes trying to:

• interfere with the site, its security, or other users;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the content at scale without permission;
• use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• probe, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls in a way that is not permitted by law.

NeuralPrep offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. If you choose Pro, billing and payment processing are handled by our payment provider.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and renewal details are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel future renewals through the billing tools we provide or through the payment portal where available.

Unless required by law, paid fees are not generally refunded for partially used periods. This does not affect any rights you may have under UK consumer law.

NeuralPrep, including its design, question formats, written content, graphics, scoring logic, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for personal preparation. This does not transfer ownership of any part of the service.

NeuralPrep is a preparation tool. It can help you practise and understand assessment formats, but it does not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, assessment outcomes, or hiring success.

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we may update features, content, question banks, pricing, or access levels over time.

We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every format forever. We may suspend or withdraw parts of the platform where reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that harms the service or other users.

You can stop using NeuralPrep at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, NeuralPrep is provided on an as-available basis and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or outcomes connected to hiring decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the paid service will be limited to the amount you paid us for NeuralPrep in the 12 months before the issue arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your usual place of residence says otherwise.
